Looking for US Quest design [ CLOSED ]

I'm writing out a few quests and would like the introductory text portion to look exactly the way it does in the standard HQ book.

I've downloaded Hero Scribe and did a search in the Adventure Design area but couldn't find anyplace with that particular resource.

Anyone know where I can go to get that standard parchment-type appearance into my custom questbook? With Hero Scribe, the map area looks perfect, now I just need the parchment area and lettered indicator section to match. Thank you.
