Game board size difference

So I found this the other day while searching for a download of the game board before it was provided for me in another topic:

Toward the bottom of the page, you can see that Slev posted links to several different-sized game boards (20mm, 25mm, 30mm) etc. I'm wondering what the difference is between these. Is each file zoomed in at that measurement and then enhanced at 300dpi for better quality, or are they all the same quality at different zoom levels?

I believe it might be the game floor square size. Some people prefer bigger floor tiles so rooms can easily fit miniatures in.

Indeed it was. These where all based on Cyber's brilliant 300dpi board. This board had 25 mm squares, slightly bigger a size to accommodate the minis better

A friend helped me resize them, so I had, in addition to the version cyber put out:
*An original scale version (20.5mm squares). Some people wanted this for simple replacement.
*35mm squares and 17.5mm squares versions, to match the Hirst Arts cast tiles available at the time.
*a 30mm squares version, to match the German cast tiles available at the time.
*a 40mm squares version for my own project, which allows all figures to sit comfortably on a single board space, even when using modern 28mm scale models

So, basically, those are just the same file with a different zoom level? Zooming in would make the squares bigger, and zooming out would make them smaller.

Sort of, yes. but with us using the high res, it comes out very nicely, as they're all 300DPI.

I'd not describe it as zooming in as such it's more enlarging the canvas size. Images remain the same actual size regardless of zoom. The 20mm board will be a smaller size over all than the 30mm board. If you print them out the 30mm will take up more space on your table.
