Really, though, could there be a Gary Chalk site that wasn't excellent?

Ken Kelly is one of my favs:

late 70's sparkle fantasy-noir.
I loved the Hornetroid and Terraphant pix as a kid; keeping the box tops and getting *lemony goodness* from my mother for not throwing out obvious "garbage".
I'd even designed a combat ruleset based on FASA's Star Trek later on, but never did try it out.
All of those are long since gone....given to younger cousins who totally trashed them.

Nice. I was looking for a website for a few mini Hero Quest additional expansions im working on.. these will work wonders, I don't yet own Photoshop yet, so cannot make any fine additions yet. :)

Try using GIMP, it's free and as I've been told as good as PS.

It's not a whole mess of his artwork. It's a folder that stores the images used for the first Lone Wolf book, Flight from the Dark. Please note and respect the terms of use for this imagery and that Project Aon has been permitted to use by Gary Chalk. An awful lot of work has gone into the production of these game books to be made available for online use.

Believe me, I am the last person to go against copyrights and such. Others on the sight
have been using a lot of Gary Chalk art, so I thought they might want a good resource
for getting them all in one spot. There is nothing on that link that can't be found elsewhere
on the internet.

It's all good. After being involved with it (as little as it was - I scanned and OCD'd one book), it becomes a bit of a responsibility to protect the conditions under which the permission has been granted.
