Back in the Game

I've got a few people who are interested in playing Hero Quest. Perhaps some day soon, I'll be able to gather enough players to have some serious questing. It'll be good to get back in the game. It always sparks more creativity in me, and I make great quests of my own to play on the strengths and weaknesses of the people I'm playing with. I can't wait.

I too am hoping to get back into the game. I've got a few people begging me to host one, I just haven't had the time. I have been working on correcting my 're-creations' and customized rules; just haven't been able to enjoy them!

The most difficult thing for me is not finding time myself, but finding time that other also have free. The second most difficult part is finding players willing to play, and ones that are dedicated to keep playing.

The longest series I've ever done ran through fifty-five quests, before everyone got too busy to get together to play.

I still need to find one more hero to play again!

Hooray! After about 2 years without playing HQ (and then it was just one person playing all 4 heroes - BORING!), I finally get to play, and not as Zargon but as a hero! And on top of that, Phoenix is hosting it and playing as Zargon! Happy Happy Joy Joy! Can't wait til next Saturday!

Try to contain yourself a little bit. We still have a week to go. I don't want you to spill your paints!

I'm too broke to buy new paints, so there won't be any spilling. Trust me.

A veteran playing the hero, sounds like Zargon has some quest editing to do.

I've never attempted painting my figures. Anything in art class that I've ever painted suggested that I not even consider trying it.

I've got time on my side. I'm betting that it has been so freakin' long since Zep has played, he will have forgotten it all. Either way, it will do him better to play stupid in regards to where stuff is. It will definitely be worth it, Gold wise... :)

You'd give him less gold if he used his 'clairvoyance' to gain the upper-hand? I would have just rearranged the quest layout.

You are obviously NOT an Play-Doh factory and have far too much time on your hands. :D
