Where can you change your signature???

I want to change my signature (well, actually add a signature) but I don't know how to. I read somewhere that you change it from the User Control Panel but can't find where to change it once I am on the User Control Panel. Thanks.

User Control Panel -> Profile tab (along top) -> Edit Signature menu (left side)
