If a hero has a free Mind Point and didn't store a skill on it he may learn it later, between the Quests, with a cost of 1000 gold coins (upgrade).

MOVE-ACTION-MOVE: a hero with this skill, rolls only the 1st red die. He moves, performs an action and then rolls the 2nd die to move.

Nice addition to the armoury, it needed a bow. But I think I prefered the old character creation. I was simpler and included custom skills and movement. I think the old one one defence dice as standard, an additional 100gp and the ability to improve defence dice for 100gp each plus additional predetermined skills and their costs would be great.

I think the staff should be two handed, you can't use a staff effectively with one hand. Or two combat dice if it's used two handed and one if it's used one handed. That would be nice way to merge the two versions. Although to be realistic it should increase defence dice and have around six attack dice if it's being used by someone who who knows how to use it.

About the platemail, did you intend to effectivly make it 250gp more expensive? Because you can't sell the chailmail to buy it now, you have to have both or there's no point.

500gp to return a treasure card (probably 300gp) seems too expensive. It might not come up for a long time after it's bought back. I think 300gp makes nice sense.

Suggestions for armoury edditions:
Hand Axe - A2, A4 when thrown. 75gp
Leather Armour - D2. 200gp
Halberd - A3, Diagonal, Two-handed. 250gp
Geatsword - A4, Diagonal, Two-handed. 600gp
Geat Axe - A5, Two-handed. 800gp
Bastard Sword - A5, Diagonal, Two-handed. 1000gp
A new class (D) for the heavy weapons and bump chainmail and platemail up one.

Just some ideas for you.

Maybe i'll change it (spear too) to 2-handed, i don't know yet.. But without extra rules, to keep it simple.

I haven't change its price. It's the same as in the NA armory.

No, it has to be hard to return a card back to the deck.

Thanks for the ideas but it will change a lot the balance of new heroes with the old ones and therefore i'm satisfied with all of this stuff, why to add an extra defense dice (that's why i cancelled the 3rd movement die) or a Bastard Sword? This sword will force me to add monster's B.P. or whatever and the quest will last 2 hours instead of 1.30
I just want to keep it simple and run it normally even beside the original.
If for example a player wants to create a "vanilla Barbarian" then he is able to do this. He adds 1 M.P, 6 B.P. buys a Broadsword (250 g.c.) and voila!
Another player may create a Thief: he adds 3 M.P, 4 B.P. learns Spellcasting (50 g.c, picking Treasure Horde or Invisibility), Redraw Treasure Card (100 g.c.), buys a Staff or 4 Daggers with the remaining gold and voila!
Both heroes may play equally in the same game.
