I always figured the unreleased art represents a Dwarven Warrior, like the Elven Warrior of the EQP. I believe Skyknight had let slip mention of a female Dwarf before. The Old Scratch threads would bear that out.

I don''t wanna rain on anyone's parade, but the first sheet looks like a Warhammer regiment sketch.
Flag poles. The seperate flag pole tops.
Guns.
Pikes. (I would get those added to HQ, admittedly...)
The talk about "metal... what about plastic", especially. HQ was plastic.

There is also no reason to include flag poles and paper sheets in HQ planning. I know it doesn't talk about paper here, but... what would this flag sheet be other than paper in Warhammer, early '90s?
Is there anything I can't see in the sheet that should tell me it's about HQ even in the slightest?

Because, you know, there were derivations of HQ mercenaries in Warhammer*. They were... wait for it... metal and there were, as far as I know, all four kinds available as "regiments".
