Just out of curiosity, does everyone place the board so that the "Hero Quest" logo is facing Morcar/Zargon?

I do, since that is the way the maps are oriented in the Quest Book, but it leads to a lot of instances where furniture gets placed in a way the players can't see it, or the things behind it.

Yes, that's correct. It's just something that the players have to deal with :p

Yeah its a pain but we just always remove the book case after the first round.
