Ethica, I sure most of the bases didn't survive my 'hacking and filling' when i removed them. I will have a look later.
If there are any in usable condition I will happy seen you them to you at no cost.

Cool, I'll send you a high mage if you want one (the top of his staff is missing though).

Theres also the HirstArts fueled boards if you are feeling really ambitious.

I think I'm going to attempt the HQ modular system using the 35mm system to allow for use of all the MageKnight figures which can be picked up on the cheap for some great prepainted additions to your pool. Plus 35mm scale allows for placing 25mm figs with plenty of space for fingers, which is helpful for anyone playing with the younger adventurers.

I'm a very happy owner of a HirstArts Spiral Staircase mound. It's a good starting point in my eyes

I stumbled across the HQ Modular system last night that seems to be a perfect way to use HirstArt moulds, particularly if you mix it with the dungeon building instructions. My thinking is that the HQ modular system on the larger scale will allow for easier movement of figures and be able to accomodate minis of most sizes for people who have built their own sets from bargin bins.

Course now I'm also thinking that theres really no reason to not have the board in two sizes..... :P

I think you can take a scan of the standard board and have it printed whatever size you like.

Forgot to post this reference of a scanned HQ board, printed to fit on a A1 sheet: (can't plot in colour at work unfortunately)

Much bigger and plenty of manoeuvring space.

Woah, didn't think it would make that much of a difference but man, that looks a lot friendlier on the fingers. Might have to give this a go if I can make nice with one of the system engineers and get use of the plotter!
