And...

But beware of un(dis)provable stories, called "myth": They are not conspiracy theories!

There is nothing remotely odd about conspiracies, in its base form a conspiracy is when 2 or more individuals have a planned secret intention.
Considering the mountains of classified (top secret) material the government has locked away that's already halfway through the definition. All they need now is intent... But it's a good thing our leaders can be trusted to be fair with us and not use their positions to do anything dishonest... ha, ha... right?

Yeah it's difficult in an official position. You inform everybody: everybody joins the discussion, probably destroying or deforming your project until you don't recognize it anymore.

You inform only the ones you need: It's easier! The catch is, people left out of the pipe will tell you later that you SHOULD have informed them and that it was NOT right to do your project without them....

It happened to me in my last job.
Yes I was leaving people out. They would have killed everything. So I had a successful project and some angry people. Woohoo conspiracy!

So, speaking of Skulmar and Kessandria, What minis do you all use to represent them if you have distinct figures for them?

Citadel Whight and Banshee (there are several variants for both species) as I already posted on the topic HeroQuest Compatible Miniatures.
There is also another figure I like to use for Skulmar but don't have a pic right now.

Oh yeah! That Banshee is a perfect fit. It's a bit dated and kinda ugly... So it fits in perfectly with HQ
