Memories like that are what I really love about this hobby as a whole, and much of which still works in HeroQuest. I think it's what really drew me back after all these years...

... now to see if I can pull my best Deckard Cain when I read the Mentor piece at the beginning of quests... :geek:

You're actually reminding me of several old gaming things, including the old "The Snottling's Arms" group on #WFRP, and my habbit of naming at least one pub in every AFF campaign "The JibJib's Arms".

Oh I know it was, but someone quoted it to me when I introduced myself on the guestbook and it fit so well with the imagery of everything that it stuck with me |_P
