I can't speak for him but the people responsible for a recent KS where he was involved with supplying art for another Lone Wolf project know about this site. But I can understand your trepidation. Project Aon has permission to use his art so it might be possible that he says yes?

It's not a secret. I want to put my own version of HeroQuest online, using original art and other art by Gary Chalk.
It's as simple as that. He doesn't have to do anything but say yes to re-using existing art in a new layout.
The only things I would like to add are excerpts from Lone Wolf art which may 'belong to' the publisher.

I would say art for what but I know you won't tell!
Have you maybe considered other artists? Even looking for freelancers or those trying to make a name for themselves?
I know of a few sites where you could find them, I even know of a few good artists myself.
If I knew I had the time I would offer myself, but have know idea what you want so......

Nope. I don't dare anymore. I'm a little paranoid regarding the information I intend to give them and what they might do to this here site.
I feel I'd basically have to get our members' allowance to ask them/lead them here/make them aware of this place...
I mean it could very well be that they are very very strict about using his art in any way if you know what I mean.
I don't know what to do in terms of art at this point.
