Unpainted custom minis for HeroQuest:
Female heroes. These are all from Reaper Miniatures. I chose the ones in front because three had similar poses to the classic heroes.
Front row, left to right: Barbarian, Elf, Dwarf, Wizard. (I've since improved the Wizard's staff by cutting off the bat symbol.)
Back row, left to right: Rogue (counts as Dwarf); alternative Wizard inspired by Lina Inverse from the old Slayers anime.
