Hi all! I was around when HQ was being advertised in gaming magazines and comic books. But of course, being a kid in the Philippines, it was next to impossible for me to get ahold of the game, despite all my begging!

I was finally able to get a beat-up copy of HQ and WHQ about five years ago and finding sites like this has really kicked up the game to a state that's pretty irresistible. I still haven't upgraded to the new version - though I'm sure I'm just pushing against inevitability at this point.

Thanks for maintaining a great site for custom resources for the game!

It's great you finally scored your copy after such a long period of waiting. If you return to the Philippines for a visit, be sure to bring it along and treat the kids! I played Heroscape there with children from the extended family and they loved it. I'd protect your WHQ copy from travel, though.

Sorry you missed playing HQ back in the day, but glad you were able to grab an original copy of it. It really holds up and I'm glad there's a community that shares resources and customs.
