I know a several HeroQuest fangirls in RL. They tend to be more hardcore than the lads!

There are lamentably few in the online community though.

Either way, welcome aboard Warriorprincess!

I really enjoyed reading the comments about Dads sharing this game with their daughters. Now that's just way awesome! As well as the guys playing with their wives, sisters, girlfriends. I have only played HQ seriously with my sister and Dad. I didn't know anyone in my city playing HQ. Magic the Gathering was much more mainstream and played that with many childhood friends (boys). All the girls were not into any of this stuff in my town. Lame!

I'm trying to get my daughters into the game, they're a bit young though. My oldest is pretty interested, the younger one has trouble focusing on one thing for longer than 15 minutes.

My wife on the other hand doesn't have any interest in board games at all. I've been trying for years.

I was marrying a wife that used to be interested in Board Games.
Now since several years that has changed.
