Creating my own custom game sets

I’m looking to update my of Heroquest set using the resources found on this and other websites.

This will include:

1. Creating a Custom hybrid quest book that covers all official quests from across all the original and expanded sets and featuring the best bits from both us and uk versions.

I will need some help sourcing the character and furniture icons as vectors as I have been unable to find a good quality and complete set anywhere to date.

2. Custom card decks showing the stats of quest specific characters. -

This has involved some serious number crunching to figure out the US v UK differences and how the same characters compare between quests and finding the right balance between them.
So far I have the Witch Lord and Doomguard completed.

3. Printing off the game tiles I currently do not have.

Currently missing the outdoor tile from the Ogre Hoard.

As someone living in pre internet Ireland I never knew about the barbarian and elf packs during their original release. As a result I am eager to recreate them as thrifty as possible. Printing the tiles won’t be a problem, and I’ve just finished creating a game board that has been recoloured to match the frozen horror tiles a bit better. I’ll post that up on here as soon as I have gained permission to do so.

The only thing remaining then is

4. Finding a 3D printer (no easy task in the west of Ireland let me tell you) to add the missing custom characters, such as Sir Ragnar etc.

Good luck... so you will need an encyclopedia, not just a questbook...!

I guess you can take the US version for the monsters stats, they are well balanced. Just the Ogres from the Elf QP are overpowered.
