I must 've missed that.
Nice first time efforts! First thing I noticed is your limited choice of colours but you were inventive enough to colour all the basic parts of the figures.
Yellow doesn't disguise well as gold but nothing else could be done I imagine.
So my first suggestion is when you have the money buy a couple of different colours, especially a metallic for weapons.
