The coins are made by fantasycoin. Highly recommended. They are made of metal, pretty heavy and have this nice "cling" sound and feel amazing in the hand. They used to even make silver and gold bars, which looked amazing. Hope they ll restock these one day. (in Europe the coins are sold by larpbasar).

The dice are metaldice made by dieharddice. Coolest dice I ve ever held in hand. Super heavy. They literally "feel" like weapons. :D

Haha yeah, you gotta be careful with the table! Thats why I made a dicebox

Fantasycoin also made really cool barbarian coins, ork coins and dwarven coins in a very unique style. You gotta check it out. In Europe they are sold through larpbasar.

What kind of fog is it? Does it make the models wet? Or slimy? I was always shying away from it for fear that it would cling to my models somehow.

And one question: How do you make light on your board? Do you have loads of cables underneath your table? Or do you somehow transfer the energy via induction through the board into the models? Or has each light it's own battery somewhere?

Thanks Stig! I am blown away by it too. :) Cant stop lookin at the fog creepin

Anderas, yeah its a fogmachine, so it creates moisture. Its a joke though, nothin to worry about. The light on the terrain and the board is from single batterypowered pieces.

Because I wanted to control the flow of fog a little bit and also to hide the fogpipe I was planning to craft a piece of lavarock that acts a regulator/ blockage to the fog.

I experimented with my hand blocking the fog and figured the coolest effect is achieved by having slits and overflow, which also can be adjusted later. I went to get some crafting clay and went about to craft my first piece of terrain. Sculpted with hand, textured with crushed tinfoilball, backed it in the oven for 30 minutes, spraypainted, drybrushed, boom. I went about it pretty quick but I gotta say I was surprised how it turned out and how much fun the process of sculpting with clay is.

Straight from the forge!
