Yes I know. I mean a mini for the Abomination that fits the old style minis.

Ah, now I see, sorry. I was having a brain fart!
There is a guy in Spain who makes 3d printed Heroquest figures.
He sells on eBay and Etsy, I have bought from him, his stuff is superb and reasonably priced. Think his shop is called 3D Minis.
Anyway, he has a figure called a Fimir Overlord, it is a Heroquest style Fimir with four arms.
It would fit perfectly, and the fact it is a mutant of some sort would also explain the name Abomination!
I've ordered one to be one of the boss monsters in my series of Quests I'm planning explaining the Origin story of the Abominations.
I plan to say it is the result of Morcars experiments to make stronger monsters, as were the Abominations.

Underwater quest appeared in the Mythic tier book(s). I had BGM 3d print some plastic (not resin) versions of the "rare" Fimir above. They look cool, but honestly I think the HQ pose for the Fimir is just so dynamic, not to mention iconic, it's the best rendering of the character that fits most closely with this game for me, period.

Yes, I love the Heroquest Fimir, and its pose is perfect!
Saying that I love most of the original HQ poses, only a few make me feel a bit underwhelmed.
The Mummy does not inspire fear for me, but at least it's mould does convey it's shuffling, shambling movement.
I love the nonchalance of the CW pose, and the CS is perfect, as are the Gargoyle, Skeleton, Orc and Zombie.
Not sure about the Goblin, they do look impish, annoying little shits I suppose.
Barb, Elf and Wiz, again perfect.
Now, the Dwarf!
Mmm, in two minds with him. On one hand he looks like he is at the local Inn waiting for a brew, rather than in a dungeon! Not at all dynamic. Maybe they should have followed the box art!
But! It does convey the arrogant, self serving nature of a Dwarf! Like he is thinking "Is that the best Morcar can muster? I can't even be bothered to raise my axe to that shambolic horde!! I will just let the others deal with them while I ponder on how I'm going spend my reward. Booze, Weapons or Wenches!!!!"

I almost universally replace my Fimirs with Orc Champions. I use the orc figures from Warhammer Quest.

I like this idea, and will likely replace abominations with the alternate Orcs from the mythic tier, calling them Orc Champions, or Berserkers maybe.

The Abomination mini looks like it could easily wrestle the Dragon mini to the ground and choke him out.

Replace the Abominations with Fimirs, the game is saturated with Orc based foes as it is!
HQ Fimirs are easily bought on fleabay for not much money.
