I think the rivets, or grommets, or similar solutions could help with the ragged edges that punching holes through the paper left. When you made the holes in the paper did you use a paper hole punching tool or just a pencil or something pressed into the foam?

One thought, because the direction you are going will result in a "Wall of metal" in that one part of the dashboard, might be to use colored grommets. Maybe Red for Body, Blue for Mind, etc... Just to break up the sea of chrome along the side of the character sheet. You may even be able to find brown or black as well?

Just a thought. And regardless, you are doing a great job in designing this thing.

I had thought of this solution (multycolor) but the shop near my home not have color rivets :(
i use this rivets only for test.

do you know if i can find (on internet-shop) a plastic rivets o similar? (i think that the plastic is more good for paste on foam

now the only problem (with the rivets) is that I must enlarge the holes on the vertical

Nice Video/ Slideshow. Are you planning on selling these Dashboards? This may have been the intent all along though I did not pick up on that previously. Regardless, it's still an awesome idea.
