I find a lot of minatures lose their weapons, which when sticking up in the air, get busted off. My solution is to trim the broken stub back to the hand or hilt, drill a 1mm hole into the hand, and replace the blade with a nail, flat if possible, but round will do. One needs to cut the head off the nail, file about 1/4inch of the cut end down to roughly 1mm, and glue in place. Have a look at my Sir Ragnar topic, & the link to my photo album, and check out Wallace The Wookie. He actually came swordless, but looks better armed, to me, anyway!!

Not sure about that Barbarian with the notched sword. His cod-piece looks a little small. Bragging or complaining??
