The Ghost Queen could make a good Kessandria.
It depends on whether the Witch Lord would choose a bride that had no legs. To his credit I've never seen him as a guy who would discriminate on such a basis. As long as it's dead, he'll date it.

That girl has an extra long spine. Maybe he likes being poked. Otherwise he wouldn't come back for each little group of heroes since 30 years now.

I like this mini but I think Citadel has a better mini to represent her...

The best KEssandria figure on the market might be Games Workshop's Queen Khalida.

I like that a lot KK. She would fit in well will the desert theme of Kalos.
Weirdly enough, the desert theme laid out in the intro to RotWL doesn't really get any extra love in that quest pack. Neither the tiles or the villains, or the quest rules themselves have a arid desert flavour.
