This is very cool, congratulations. If you are getting into the 3D printing hobby, then why not print your own?

Printing up your own custom elements per game is certainly very cool! And your quick paint job on the walls looks nice.

Your setup demonstrates two issues very clearly

(1) The walls are not zero volume and in many rooms the the edge squares are not usable. The two 2x3 cell type rooms are a worst case of this. It would seem to me that you can measure very carefully, make the outside tiles larger and the inside ones smaller (33 vs 28mm) and end up with something that looks cleaner.

(2) The discrete height segments (ridges) produced by the printer need to be filled in as a finishing step. Some of the furniture looks clean, but others need some work. The drybrushing on the tiles shows this as well.

I'm looking forward to a tile board set from Zealot, where this is all worked out for me in a "Classic 2D Dungeon" package. :)
