I got a few shipments of Hero Quest miniatures and furniture in from Ebay in earlier this week and some of the miniatures were broken.
What do you all do with them? Paint them? Scrap them? I'm honestly not sure what to do with them. Perhaps paint them stone colorrs for maybe old broken statues?

I recently bought a "Bits Box" of Hero Quest.. 3 Fimir with missing axe's, 1 broken arm, and 6 Men-At-Arms, no weapons and the feathers on the helmets have been lost.. been wondering i should pass them away, or try a hand at modding. I like the idea of using the 3 Fimir as broken statue's in a quest im creating.. it can work. :D

I find that the weapons on the HQ figures tend to snap off easily, so I drilled holes into their knuckles, and attach toothpicks into the hits of their weapons to make interchangeable weapons. The risk with this, is that the knuckles are really fragile and will brake apart if not handled right. Beyond that, I try to fix them to the best of my ability. If not, then they go to the Bit-Box.
