And here's the updated (and I believe FINAL!) version. I moved stuff around for much better and logical placement and reworded almost all of them for clarity.

Thanks! Actually, I haven't printed it out yet, so I'm not sure. But now that you mention it, if I had to print it, I would probably try to get it on a sheet of 11x17 then mount it on 2 pieces of 8.5x11 posterboard so it can be folded in half for easy storage.
