Try finding some custom brushes and adding some bits of detritus.
Also see how it looks through some of the filter galleries, no real reason to this but they might have some surprising effects that you may like.

I just thought the same. Maybe some blood splatter and bones. Know of any downloads ?

No dice. It tries to show me the file, but it acts like the file is missing. If I try to download the image, I get a named PNG file that is 0 kb.
