Hi guys,
I used to play Heroquest with my brother for summers on end as kids in thye 90's. They were good times. After a twinge of nostalgia a couple of years ago I looked up the game again and was amazed at the prices for basic game kits on ebay. So I forgot about Heroquest for a while again.
However a month ago picked up a basic game kit for $3 at a swap meet. It's in really good condition with everything in top shape bar a couple of missing tiles, some of the dice and a door or two. Rifling through all the bits and pieces really got me fired up to play heroquest again and I plan to begin questing again as soon as my kids are old enough to begin.... my oldest boy is three and my new one os 5 months so I guess it'll be a while yet but I'm going to spend the next seven or so years trying to get my hands on the expansions or at the least mini recasts and print outs of the rest. I have time anyway.
I've been lurking around here for a month or so and felt like I should say hi and thankyou for putting this great resource together.

I've got a long while to wait as well, but you know it will be totally worth it.
