Well, this is just an idea, I tried something with photoshop. then it's easy on the PC for me than with a real brush to do some of the details. I know ths is a poor sculpt and has a lack of details so I suggest to have a look at the metal prototype as a reference to better understand the parts of this figure:
http://www.sodemons.com/rhrare/morcar/_MG_2026-01.jpg First I hilighted the fur on its tunic, you can drybrush it with some white or ivory.
Also the bolt, I did it yellow (it's just a matter of taste) to give more contrast.
Added some wash on the idol on the staff to make its shape more evident (it is supposed to be a seated monkey or similar) and washed the small medallions with bolts to give more shape to the bolts.
He has a small skull on the belt (it's very badly sculpt, but check the metal prototype to see it better).
Also draw some black lines on the staff and then few light brown lines to simulate a carved wood on this flat plastic (this is freestyle).
Hilighted the blue hair on the wand a little bit.
Added some dark in the bulbs and painted two red dots for the eyes.
The nose ring should be in metal, not white (again, tastes) and so the two big teeth (they are covered by some kind of metal cover).
He has two metal plates on the chests that you painted in red (check the metal prototype), I tried to simulate some gold paint here (with a bad result).
I also see you did red "hair"; they are supposed to be part of the hat and part of some animal legs, so you could do them with the same color of the fur.
And the chainmail can also be hilighted in gold or silver to give more contrast with the red tunic.
Finally the shoulder, I think he has a metal armour on them.
Hope this can be helpful in someway.
