Biff over at Old Sctarch's forum has made up a Photoshop file that is perfect for gaming online. The board is the background of the file, then all the tiles, doors, figures, etc. are there as well, so you can move them around on separate layers and keep updating the board as you play. I'm not sure about a live game, but it seems perfect for a play by post thing. Slower to play, but easier for people to work into their schedules.
One person as Zargon would need to update the board after everyones moves and repost a jpg of the board each round, so he'd need to know photoshop fairly well. Movement would need to be posted so you can see the path a Hero follows - forward 3 right 2 forward 1 left 2 - something like that. Just a thought. Over on Google Wave, there are apps that let you post a background board image, then everyone can add things on top of it and move them around themselves, too.
