I am going to use MakePlayingCards to print off some treasure artifact and monster cards, however alot of them have been edited by me in Photoshop. Will they still print them for me even though it's considered copyrighted images? I'm just using them for personal use and not reselling them.

If you don't tell them... do you think they control each and every picture? :)

I was printing my card set now two times, and no-one said something. It may be different if I tried to sell my cards, but I don't.

Lol true. I'm usually overly paranoid anyway. But I am excited to get these printed. I tried printing myself then using laminate but that got expensive and cards were always off alittle.

Interesting site. It looks like (when viewing the template) that the "Trump Size" cards are a perfect match in terms of actual card area (once you take the cutting into account) to the NA cards. Now the design has to be smaller inside a bit, but you can extend the border out a bit to fit. Not bad... [Edit: See post below for update]

UPDATE: So, turns out I was WRONG. In the above picture, it's not to scale. My first batch of cards arrived and the card I got was slightly larger than the blue area you see in the above shot.

Bottom line: Read the stated "Size" in mm, as definitive. That's what you get. So if you want NA card size, get 55 mm x 88 mm (as close as you can). I would recommend "US Game Deck Size" which is:
55.9mm x 87.1mm (pretty darn close!). Even though they did the whole thing with the red dotted line and tell you to put your design all in there, the whole card turned out just like the image looked when I uploaded it. Some of the colors didn't turn out as vibrantly (I used some filters in Paint.net including soften portrait and glow to achieve a neat effect but it didn't translate well onto the actual cards). IF it is blurry or pixelated on screen, it will translate over that way too.

I was pretty pleased with the results, even though my cards are huuuuge compared to the original ones. I got the default finish (the "s30 standard smooth") and Trump Size (62mm x 100mm). Shipping took 6 days within the US. From time of placing order the site says "9-10 business days : production/processing time 2-3 business days + shipping time 7 business days." Here are some pics (middle card is original hero quest, just for comparison):

So thanks guys, for recommending the service. |_P After viewing this first batch, even though I could improve upon it, it turned out amazing. They did what I told them to do, and didn't have to wait long. The "sample" (King) card they gave me was slightly bent on one corner, but the actual cards I paid for were solid in their shrink wrap in a bubble mailer. More pics:

These look great and just what I could do with for a birthday set I'm making.

Are the files still about at all anyone?

Thanks in advance.

Scans of the EU core set and expansions ideally.

I've seen the A4 set on here but I can never get them to align and I like to a centre fold method to make cards, so any good scans of the cards would be much appreciated!
