does it have to be HQ or can it be something on a HQ base with a HQ monster card with it all professionaly done? or do you guys want another lame ass monster/ hero you already have? this is just something i was thinking about.. @ drathe lol.

There really is no solid restriction. I wouldn't mind getting a nice figure, not hq, but I think the hq base has to be there.
My thought is that a christmas themed figure is fine, even if he's not gonna be used in the game.
But a weird figure, with tentacles like a stupid figure from reaper is not something I would enjoy. I don't mean tentacles like in a mutated chaos warrior, that would be awesome.

Also, I'm voting against figures from 40k, like an orc with a pistol, those things look ridiculous even when perfectly painted.

You can use as guidelines the figures sent in the previous exchanges. The simplest one was a plain goblin/orc, and it was fine.
Others modded a chaos warrior or an orc, but there were also non-hq figures that were great, so go ahead and make your idea.

I'm only against futuristic style things, even if you justify it by sending a portal along and make up a story about its existence.
