by The Christmas miniature exchange is nearly over, so now it's time to turn our thoughts to the next exchange project - a Furniture exchange!

Each forum member interested in participating builds and/or paints some dungeon furniture, and sends it to a randomly drawn member as a gift. Only you will know who you're sending to so keep it as a surprise – do not post pictures or reveal who you’re sending to until after the exchange. In return you should also be receiving a gift from another forum member.
This is not a competition, just the chance to give something special to another member of the community so just do your best!
The item you select should be:
1) An item which is actually useable in a game of heroquest
2) Rugged enough to survive global shipping
3) Either a custom built or purchased item which is then painted. Please note that use of existing parts of standard heroquest furniture as a base for conversion is fine, but printing out a new card table piece as a submission is not what we are intending for this exchange so is not appropriate.
If in doubt please use your personal judgement or ask me. I'll close the sign ups and sort out a draw on Saturday March 1st 2014. Models must be completed and ready to send on Monday 2nd June or as close to this date as possible. Please only participate if you can commit to meeting this deadline!
Please also try to take some photos of your model before sending (in case of issues), and also put your name somewhere on the item or in the packaging so the recipient knows who sent it. When you receive an item feel free to post about it, however please keep the sender's name secret until everyone else has received their furniture - we all want to see what people are getting but let's not spoil the surprise for the last few!
