That be awesome to get some more detailed pieces. I was thinking of using a 3d printer to remake some pieces (with a newer look of course), but if you making some, that be fun see what you have

Any progress on this?it seems there is a lot of demand but the old wizards have stopped doing it.

I desperately need and elf archer from the elf quest!

Last I heard, billdask is no longer doing these. I don't know who else might do it.

Time indeed does seem to get away from you.

Now my wife is no longer working full time, we are lower on our "petty cash" to investigate this.

I will chat to the 3d modelling club at the kids high school. Take some miniatures in and see what they say about scanning then changing the design.

I think it would be a good project for them. Maybe get my son to learn, as he did enjoy the programming side of it.
Was also offered a basic 3d printer for $200, but it takes a bit of learning. Going to be some time before I get the money to even think about getting this.
Check out my dabblings in writing.

Recently been playing with an Einscan Pro scanner, it is nowhere near good enough to scan miniatures still. Was doing some research and its a $20k+ scanner before it will pick up any detail on a model unfortunately.
There is a new $200 printer available now which looks like a good introduction to 3d printing, just not going to do miniatures justice.

Depends how well funded your local high school is i guess :P

Someone should send some Barbarian / Elf quest pack models this way, where they can accidentally fall into some silicone, before i can rescue them and send them back Image
