That cheap and from China sounds like a bootleg.

I just looked it up and it’s sold already, but your probably right about it being a bootleg.
Read the discription with no pictures none the less,

PLEASE READ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is a barbarian quest pack for the heroquest boardgame. VERY VERY RARE. this item has been previously opened and punched. all components are present organized and in perfect shape. I had this box re-shrinkwrapped so the exterior of the box would continue to be perfect and it is in very nearly perfect condition. Great for display or play. Very rare item.

Now why would you open it and punch everything out to just re-shrink wrap it :? .

I saw that and decided not to buy it, mainly because the seller has zero feedback. Even if it's just the box itself, its really a bargain. However, I'm almost conviced that its a scammer account, looking to get money off someone who won't ask for refund in case of a bad deal.

With a price so low and a buy it now button...even at 200$ it would have sell within seconds. And what is this thing doing in china...

The seller says it was re-wrap the box to protect it, ...yeah right, proabably to keep the buyer from oppening the box. he should have taken photos

Anyone ever see the Barbarian expansion on Ebay? I've been only looking for a short while but I'm not seeing it pop up at all and single miniatures are around $55 a piece. How expencive does that expantion go for now a days?

From time to time yes. I think the current value of it goes around 300$-400$. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. The individual miniatures I think I've never seen sold other than in ab auction, maybe around 20$-30$.

I just saw the base game of heroquest go for 270$. I have only one question, why?? It was US base game on excellent condition but used, nothing special about it really. How can it go up to 270$? :?

On a side note, on a Finnish auction site a base game is now going for 180€, while three years ago I sold the base game with KK and RotW for 150€ after some time waiting for anyone to want it for that much money.

Here's a couple fun things I found tonight. I don't have the money for either of them, but they're both pretty great in their own ways:

The first one you put i came across as well this week. It was interesting. The frozen horror, 1 polar bear, 1 yeti, sinestra, 3 wolves. Plus 2 gargoyles...just those minis alone cost a bunch. Right now its @ $107. To much for me, but a deal for those looking to buy the frozen horror expansion minis individually

Another curious situation here....
This guy sold this USA set at 1650 USD: https://www.ebay.com/itm/232674378749
Someone bought it and relisted (as an auction) the same set (check wears and tears on the boxes and you can be sure they are exactly the same boxes of the previous auction) but adding a sealed WOM and ATOH. It put a (nonsense) reserve price of 5.000 USD so it obviously doesn't sell - highest bid stopped at 2050 USD. So now he relisted the same at fixed price at 4.500 USD!
old auction: https://www.ebay.com/itm/292475330120
buy it now: https://www.ebay.com/itm/292488722383

The above link was sold for 237 USD, which I find to be way overpriced. I haven't been looking at the prices lately but don't think they've gone that high :?
