Black and white is perfectly readable. I'd love them, too. Talking about this model when I say black:

I’d be ok with white or red symbols (preference would be white - just something about the simplicity and readability of black/white) but would want the configuration same as original.

If I could have the black ones with the 4 skull distribution, I would order 100 sets, because I am sure they would sell here in europe.

There are many who bought those colored dice in Spielwarensaloon. They work alright, but they are plastic and don't feel at all like the originals. So the same black die with the same distribution but with look and feel like the original would sell here.

I agree with Anderas plus.. I would like the ones with more Black Shields too

What do the dice look like? 2 skulls, 2 white shield & 2 black shields?

I was thinking more along the lines of the German colored dice. Different colors
with different faces for special rolls.

I am guessing there would not be enough market for something like that, and it would
be too expensive to have different colored dice with different faces printed.

I thought I would ask though.

It is used mainly for it's additional skull, and to weaken the defense of a hero sometimes. The black shield/bunny/walrus is not used of course as it is the same like the original.

One could imagine, to have all three faces adapted, to make one double face:

Then you have a different function for all three symbols plus it is compatible with the "original" black die

By the way, I'd need at least 15 sets of the white one already.

If EWP used them would a white shield even be necessary?
