I am new to these boards and I was wondering how do you all create tiles from the pdf. I tried using cardboard but it seems to thick. Thanks for the help :D! |_P

Colour laser printer... HP LaserJet Pro. Print on paper glue to card. I'm still undecided on which glue I prefer.

Some people also use chipboard as the backer material. It's found in hobby stores.

I printed on a full page sized avery label and stuck it to chipboard. Next step is using spray on varathane to seal it then cutting the tiles out. I will more than likely use a rotary cutter an just make multiple passes. I will report back after I do this.

print the tiles on normal paper, better if adesive paper.
Then take a cardboard piece and stuck the printed paper on it. Now cut.
This is the way original tiles are made.

I made tiles for my game using cardboard from cereal boxes. I glue two pieces together to make the cardboard base. Then I printed out the tile images on cardstock. Glue the cardstock to the cardboard. Spray the tile images with a clear coat to protect it.

This method made tiles the same thickness as the originals.

Just wanted to say that my method of avery full size label over top of chipboard and then sealed with varathane worked VERY well. I cut it with a rotary cutter and had to make multiple passes but they look perfect. Printed out the tokens a number of the expansions yesterday and intend to do the same thing.

Thanks for posting pictures of your results so that other can see if this will work for them or not. I also like the side view of the tile so you can see that it has actual depth to it.
