Thanks guys!

I really like the process of casting, its really fun! :D

Its way less messy than I thought it would be and it goes rather quickly if you do it on the side while working on something else. It will take A LOT of casting though.
I experimented with plaster for models but then got a bucket of dental plaster. The dental plaster seems to be harder, so this is what I gonna use from now on.

Here is the first batch with model plaster:

And here are the first 4 with dental plaster on the left 4 rows and model plaster on the right.

Beautiful. These will look great when painted. What are the small ones for?

@ Pancho: Thanks! yeah I cant wait to start painting them. :D I dont really know what I gonna use the small ones for yet...you can put them together to make one square tile vor variety.

@Lestodante: yeah good idea, maybe stacking them to make little special walls or clutter. Or as stairs. I think I gonna use the fieldstone walls for the board though

Some of the rooms on the HQ board have squares consisting of smaller squares. You could use 4 mini ones to recreate squares in those rooms.
Is your plan to recreate the actual HQ board in 3D, or are you going down a different route?

I would get a second mold of the non-cracked tiles so you have more variety and can make two batches at once. Having almost every tile cracked just looks unnatural to me.

Yes I want to recreate the actual board in 3d. I wanna stay as close as possible to the original but I gonna go with the flow, how it looks once I lay it out. :)

So far its casting like a madman and getting a second mold soon. :D

@cornixt: Yeah its on the list!
