I feel like I'm being a pain but when I try to load and card data to the program I get the following error. Did I do something wrong with the extracting or does the program just hate me?

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error an attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

It does that to me, too. I just press continue and it seems to work anyway.

would this need to have Microsoft office installed? I use open office and its not working for me.

I found "FreeEdit(or)" by searching for xlsx editor.

You cannot use the default save files from Open Offices's spreadsheet. What you can do is save your spreadsheets as an excel file. When saving use the 'save as' function and there is be a drop down box for file type, click on that and choose excel. (There may be multiple options for excel, they all work as far as I know.)

NOTE: The version of Open Office that I did this with would only allow so many characters in each cell and some of my card descriptions got truncated.

Side note: This program hates me and no matter how pretty I tell it it is, nor how many promises of long walks on the beach and nights of conversation staring into each others eyes, will not run on my computer... (see my cry for help a little ways back).
