There are no traps. The Helbardier didn't fit because of his movement range.

I have one search per room, per pit trap and per piece of furniture. I hope that suits you. I am currently in the process of setting up that treasure deck: I take base game, KK, ROTLW cards and BQP cards.

Clmcay...how do you want to play this? Are the mercenaries going to lead or do you want the slugger to go chop happy up in front?

Assuming we get through the first 3 quests, I'm guessing you can pick a hero?

I rather view my role as assisting and supporting you on your quest. So really I tend to think the mercs should go into harms way and take hits for you.
