1. That is correct. It is line with this request
   

   In UK rules there are no armory-restrictions for wizard on some artifacts such as spirit blade and borin's armor!! Have you changed it?

   (+ I hate the cloak & bracers )
2. Each Hero can carry as many weapons as he likes, as long as the group don't take more items than I made available earlier on. This is the same number of cards available in the EU game.
