I would like to see someone do a webcomic following the four through the quests using the little experiences had by all good heroquest players (the guy that opens all the doors, what happened to the rat tails, what happens when the group splits up in the first quest, the time the stupid wizard used pass through stone to abandon the other near death heroes when cornered by Grak, the want for the four expensive expansions, the body point difference between the US game and others, etc). If I were more artistically gifted I would absolutely try my hand at it, but at the same time I am considering the possibility of just doing a photo comic using the board and minis and speech bubbles.

the best way to do that in a simple way would be to take photos and add some bubbles on them, after put the photos like a comic book... It could be very funny !

That's kindof what my second thought was, but reading back at the first page I guess I must appologize for repeating torilen's idea. oops!

Don't apologize, instead gift us with a comic if that is what you want to see. Torilen's was fun. I imagine many others here would enjoy your efforts as well.

Found another comic that is over a year old through a search (I sometimes like to return to GU comics to add to the HQ collection). Check it out here (it may take an extra click). I probably missed it the first time because there is no obvious HQ image. I guess it was sorta funny a year ago when put in context. It's here now for completeness.

As a side note, this is the comic that cancelled the HQ references for a long while. Ted, the creator's friend, actually said this comment and was being critical of too many HQ jokes. In response, I thought I'd make him the star of yet another HQ comic. The old-school GW Fimir was an obvious choice. A :cookie:

After a little reflection, I feel I may have been a little hard on poor ol' Ted. [Is he even real? -edit] He has a right to his (wrong) opinion, and many of the jokes are pretty lame, after all. Maybe he did us a favor. Ya, that's the ticket. I forgive you, you big nerd! :cry:
