Well, about how classic EU lore has been impacted by this online quest, I would say maybe it could be still fully compatible, but only if we assume the following two points:
- The prison shown in the online quest Knight Fall must be inside (or be part) of the ruins of Kalos. This city was in a the past inhabited by free (probably) men of the Empire/Realm, so could make sense that after the fall of the Witch Lord the city was inhabited again by free men, and they inprisoned there Skulmar and other minions of Zargon who survived to the Witch Lord defeat.
- The Witch Lord books should be taken by Skulmar sometime after this online quest, maybe those books are still in any secret place of the old Witch Lord stronghold in Kalos, but he is the only one who knows where they are... or maybe Sir Ragnar knows it (Zargon could have told him where the books are before going to rescue Skulmar).
I know RotDM does not say that Sir Ragnar is executed but, it either says the opposite, so if we accept the sentences in bold I think this online quest and Rise of the Dread Moon lore are fully compatible with the classic EU lore of HeroQuest.
HeroQuest Online Quest #3: Knight Fall
Greetings, fans!
You can download the Knight Fall quest below. We recommend you play this quest before embarking on the adventure contained within the Rise of the Dread Moon expansion, available in stores globally on 7/15. Enjoy!
HispaZargon wrote:Yes it is quite tricky finding it but, great news anyway seeing that Hasbro has translated this official quest also to other languages than English. Hopefully previous Rogar's Hall, New Beginnings and Forsaken Tunnels of Xor-Xel will be also translated, but unfortunatelly still not (or I couldn't find them yet).
