A Cyclops with an elongated head... and a club tail perhaps? I can dream...

I am not subbed to Dungeonmaster, but I know for sure that Jordan Sorcery rarely covers current games. He said in a q and a that he wants to be more of a history of gaming channel. He may still cover new stuff, you never know. And I like Sir Death's stuff but he rarely posts videos.

Ashame really. But at least we have HoHQF and RANTCAST!

TERRIBLE NEWS about the Ogre Horde eBay listing. The buyer commented on AshQuest's video that the store canceled the listing and refunded his money. See screenshot attached.

SirDeath's style is to let the dust settle before he does his video, rather than trying to get out there in front of developing stories, which I can respect, it can be a bit stressful and you end up getting things wrong and correcting yourself (which is even more videos to make!). |_P

DungeonMaster is pretty quick with his videos. The only downside for me is my very rudimentary German, but the subtitles appear pretty quickly on those for autotranslate (same with Cristobal's videos on La Gaurida De Morcar). I appreciate the guerilla reporting (even if in the latter case some of his sources turn out to be bunk, which he recently apologized for, good on him!). |_P

I would also throw Elvyler into the list of HQ content creators you mentioned. He is kind of slow to post articles on his site but he has some great takes!

The more I look at the minis, the more I think that long haired Ogre is female. Maybe a female shaman or something. AH has given us plenty of Gender swapped monsters so one female Ogre sculpt wouldn't be out of the question. Yeah the sculpt doesn't look too feminine, but these ARE ogres we're talking about LOL.

Sad to say but I re-upped my Hasbro Pulse membership after many years. I am worried as to how this post "Encarmine" period of HQ will go, especially in the early going. After the leaks, I am sure that hype for ATOH will be increased so if it is a timed exclusive, I want to make sure I have a chance at getting it. And I also want to preorder it as early as possible. I am guessing that there will be an early preorder window open to HP members only before the wide release of preorders, but that is only speculation on my part. HP membership lasts the whole year so I could also use it for action figures or whatever else they offer. Yeah it's a bit of FOMO on my part but I can afford it easily so I thought why not? Whether or not to get a HP membership might be a good topic to add to a future RANTCAST actually!

DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT ADVOCATING FOR (OR AGAINST) GETTING A HASBRO PULSE PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP. That is up to your personal preference. I am only stating my thoughts for doing so. Thank you.

Whatever others may choose... I'm going to make myself suffer the full brunt of any exclusivity. I'll buy it when it becomes widely available. No pre-orders, no special memberships or subscriptions. I'm favoring buying it from a non-Pulse store, but ultimately it'll be influenced by which one delivers the soonest and has the lowest price.

ATOH and Jungles of Delthrak are still firmly in the camp of "Encarmine's leadership" period so I am not especially worried about their quality (regardless of shenanigans with the pre-order websites). Now the question is will they be "good enough" to keep the franchise going? Will they handle it well after that? I have complete faith in the AH team, it's more the managing decisions of Hasbro above that have me worried, as usual. But as I've said before, ATOH is not cancelled (put that on a t-shirt), and I'm glad.

I don't doubt that Encarmine was heavily involved creatively in everything we will see this year. I was referring to the preorder FOMO shenanigans Hasbroke is known for. I imagine that Chris and Bill had to fight to do right by the fans with some of the decision made. Iam weary of what Hasbro might do to artificially inflate demand.
